To support the containment of COVID-19, many Halton Region buildings will be closed to the public as of Monday, March 23 until further notice. While buildings are closed, the Region will continue to provide critical services to residents and businesses.
The Halton Small Business Centre will be closed to the public and delivering its services remotely.
We are committed to continuing to support Halton small businesses and working with our local community partners. The Halton Small Business Centre will be offering services including one-on-one client consultations, Getting Started sessions, and our Boot Camp seminars by phone and video conferencing. Other events and programming will be rescheduled. Halton Region Economic Development will continue to offer the recently launched employment land concierge program remotely to provide non-residential development applicants with a liaison at the Regional level and assist non-residential applicants through the Regional stage of municipal land use development approvals.
